Pulse of weak elevated convection are possible over the English Channel and adjacent parts of southern England / Channel Islands through Saturday and Saturday night as a large upper low over Biscay continues to slowly extend northwards across southern Britain. However, meagre CAPE suggests the risk of lightning is quite low, and will primarily remain over France (and so the greatest risk is perhaps the Channel Islands given proximity to France and favourable steering flow).
